Due to the interconnected nature of the Internet, this problem is affecting approximately 20% of global traffic. Please note that this is not an outage caused by Tidal Media Group, but rather an issue with a service provider that operates in front of our services. We are closely monitoring the situation to mitigate any impact and get our users back online as quickly as possible.
